When will I get my order?

  • LIV Natural Products manufactured & distributed in Shelbyville, IN
  • All products are THC-free and legally shipped over the continental USA; Contains no more than 0.3% THC on a dry-weight basis and certified by the COA, 3rd party lab test results.
  • Shipping can take up to 7 business days
  • Option to purchase at a local Retail Shop near you

Do the product(s) expire?

We recommend the "use by" date listed on the product package. All are guaranteed one (1) year after the product is packaged. The product will still be effective, but possibly not as strong.

Can I travel with CBD products?

TSA has made official announcements that traveling with hemp-derived CBD topical skincare products with less that 0.3% THC is acceptable. LIV Natural Products, LLC always recommends you speak with the local TSA directly or prior to going through TSA. LIV Natural, LLC is not able to advise legally.

How should I "store" my products?

As with any handcrafted topical product a cool, dry place is prime. Keep out of extreme heat and/or cold. If your preference is to keep the cream or gel in the refrigerator, totally fine, but not necessary.
